Pre Construction

 

This investment option consists of a previously researched and purchased parcel of land by a developer. These projects most likely have their original investors and capital funded with ground breaking and construction under execution.

 

Although the initial investment opportunity has occurred, early staged purchases or joint volume acquisition of units are available for attractive discounts and greater value appreciations.   Units are offered for purchase during 20%, 50%, or 75% of the completion stage of the construction.
